How accurate is your decision. I usually consider that hourly info and that type of personal information is wasted. Simply work out how much ahead you are and what amount (if any) you have withdrawn. Naturally, if you do not win, note that too, regardless of how much it it might pain you.
Do not omit to note what sort of poker you’re wagering on, if that’s crucial to you. (In my expertise, most gamblers stick to what they understand and do not try something they do not know. If all you write down is up, loses and withdrawals, you are way ahead of almost all gamblers around!)
Give yourself actual ambitions, like a ‘dream’ goal (new vehicle, holiday or whatever). When you withdraw, mark the dollars withdrawn to your dream counter. The greater the success you have, the nearer that goal will be!
