Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the western in an excellent game for new players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player versus the croupier, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers bet against other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, starting players do not need to fret about any other, more knowledgeable gamblers winning their mulla.

An additional Pai Gow edge is the fairly leisurely game pace, novices should be able to take their time and strategize without having to make quick choices.

It is also simpler to play for an extended time with just a tiny amount of cash since, to lose, each of your hands has to be under each of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The player is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the dealer is dealt seven cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and one two card hand need to be made from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be better than the dealer’s.
